The Forest Management System is the ideal addition to our measurement app. Use it to easily view and manage your timber:

FLEXIBLE CONTACT MANAGEMENT

Manage your customers and business partners using the contact management feature of the Forest Management System, then assign them with your own custom roles to your woodpiles, plots or fellings.

For example, you may document which company stacked the wood or assign a contact as wood buyer to specific woodoile. This information can then be used to generate exports or invoices only for this buyer.

MANAGE YOUR WOOD MAP-BASED

Generate maps on which you can display and manage your woodpiles. Select specific areas or paths on your map and color code them to show, for example, territories or seasonally impassable trails. It is also possible to filter the information on the map – for example to just show woodpiles of one tree species – using the list view.

Every map can easily be converted into a printer-friendly version.

FREELY CONFIGURABLE INVOICES

In the Forest Management System you have the option to export your timber data into invoices. Use your contact list to designate the invoice recipient. You can generate self-configured invoice templates and add your own logos, discounts, cash discounts and manual invoice positions.
